Chasing Honey Consulting is a woman-owned website and marketing partner helping small businesses build a digital presence that feels authentically like them—your website is your digital storefront and your hardest-working employee.
What started as a fun creative outlet after work has grown into something real and sustainable. We've helped service providers, creatives, and community-minded businesses clarify their message, build Squarespace sites they love, and take the pressure off their to-do lists.
We work with clients locally in Eau Claire and throughout the Midwest—but most of our projects are done virtually, making it easy to partner no matter where you're based.

Founder & CEO

Courtney helps service providers show up online authentically and get found by their ideal clients. With a background in organizational communication, she brings over a decade of digital marketing experience and a strategic mind that finds clarity in the chaos.
Courtney started her career in 2018 at a custom website development firm as a project manager before moving into the corporate world. In 2022, she launched her own business on the side after discovering a gap in the local market: strategic website design and ongoing support for businesses that don't need custom development, just smart, optimized solutions that work.
After leaving corporate in 2024, she served as marketing and events manager for a new business, helping launch it and set it up for success with Midwest-wide recognition. In August 2025, she made the leap to full-time entrepreneurship.
Courtney's superpower is translating your big vision into a clear plan that gets results. She loves working with women and open-minded entrepreneurs who want their websites to be their hardest-working employees. When she's not optimizing websites or celebrating client wins, you'll find her sharing resources and cheering on the small business community that makes Eau Claire thrive.

Chasing Honey wouldn't exist without Addie. As co-founder, she helped shape the collaborative, resourceful energy that still guides everything we do today. Addie's entrepreneurial spirit and natural ability to build genuine relationships became the foundation of Chasing Honey's approach.
Addie understood early on that the best business relationships are built on trust, authenticity, and mutual support rather than transactional exchanges. She focuses on building relationships within the small business community and helping the right clients find their way to Chasing Honey. She has an intuitive sense for matching business owners with solutions that truly fit their needs and goals.
Addie's collaborative approach and commitment to genuine partnerships influenced how we work with every client. Her belief that business should feel good and support the life you want to live is woven into everything we do.
