Chasing Honey Consulting is a woman-owned web design and digital marketing studio based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We work with small business owners who know their website should be doing more — bringing in clients, showing up in search, representing their business the way it deserves. We serve clients locally in Eau Claire and throughout the US. Most projects are done virtually, so wherever you're based, working together is easy.

Courtney
Founder + Managing Partner
Courtney helps service providers show up online authentically and get found by their ideal clients. With a background in organizational communication, she brings over a decade of digital marketing experience and a strategic mind that finds clarity in the chaos.
Her path to Chasing Honey wasn't a straight line — and that's exactly what makes her good at this. She started her career in account management at a custom web design agency, where she learned to translate what developers and designers were building into language clients could actually understand. From there, she moved into corporate project management, where she built systems, onboarded acquisitions, and developed the process-driven brain she brings to every client project. She got the chance to help launch another business from the ground up, loved the autonomy and the building-from-scratch energy, and eventually made the leap to Chasing Honey full-time in August 2025.
Courtney's superpower is translating your big vision into a clear plan that gets results. She loves working with women entrepreneurs and open-minded business owners who want their websites to be their hardest-working employees. When she's not optimizing websites or celebrating client wins, you'll find her reading, cheering on the small business community that makes Eau Claire great, and spending time with her husband and their dogs, Margo and Archie. Co-Founder
Chasing Honey wouldn't exist without Addie. As co-founder, she helped shape the collaborative, people-first energy that still guides everything we do today. Addie understood early on that the best business relationships are built on trust and genuine connection — not on transactions — and that belief is woven into every client relationship we build.
Addie has since moved on to the work she loves as development director of the Eau Claire Community Humane Association, where she gets to help animals and her community every day. But her fingerprints are all over this business. The way we show up for clients, the care we put into every project, the conviction that business should feel good and support the life you want to live — that's the culture Addie helped create, and we're grateful for it every day.
The Dogs
The name "Chasing Honey" came from two dogs: Honey and Margo. Back when Chasing Honey was just a dream between two best friends, the four of them spent most evenings together — walking, making dinner, figuring it all out. The name stuck.
Honey has since passed, but she's the original reason any of this exists. She'll always be our Founding Dog.
